      一、电池连接器分为正压式和侧压式，正压式是指上下压接触，侧压式是指侧推进去接触。

      二、产品最佳行程是总行程的一半到三分之二，压到底容易把弹片压坏，压的少则会接触不良。

      三、产品大部分是卷装出货，可以贴片机贴片，个别几款未达到量目前还是散装。

      四、重点：弹片不能用来滑动接触压接，以免出现弹片变形。

Mobile phone battery connector R&D considerations:

      1. The battery connector is divided into positive pressure type and side pressure type. The positive pressure type refers to the up and down pressure contact, and the side pressure type refers to the side push to contact.

      2. The best stroke of the product is half to two-thirds of the total stroke. It is easy to crush the shrapnel when pressed to the end, and the contact will be poor if it is pressed too little.
