The KAN Series half pitch, low profile DIP switches are surface mountable with gull wing termals and come in tape and reel or tube packaging. With a recessed actuator and at just 1.5mm high and 4.5mm wide, these half pitch, low profile DIP switches fit almost anywhere, with the length being dictacted by the number of actuator positions chosen. The available number of actuator positions include two, four, six, eight, and 10.
The KAN Series half pitch, low profile DIP switch features an optional top seal designed to withstand wave soldering and board washing. It operates in temperatures ranging from -40 to 85°C, making this switch suitable for applications in harsh environments. The initial switching current rating for this half pitch DIP switch is 25mA of 24VDC, and the carry current, or steady-state current rating is 100mA or 50VDC.
